The elegant Al Waleed Holiday Homes Dubai hotel is 2.9 km from the Dubai Museum and has a swimming pool and a gym facility. The 3-star aparthotel is centrally located in a business area, within a few blocks of Oud Metha tube station.

Location

The hotel puts you in the centre of Dubai, 19 minutes' walk from the Zabeel Park. The Dubai Mall is within a 6-km distance of the Al Waleed Holiday Homes, while Dubai International airport is 5 km from it.

Guests might as well enjoy proximity to Za'abel Park, situated about a -minute walk away.

Sunrise City Supermarket bus stop is right around the corner from the property.
